QuisLex announced the appointment of Joseph Polizzotto as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Client Services.
Prior to joining QuisLex, Mr. Polizzotto was Deutsche Bank General Counsel-Americas and previously, General Counsel of Lehman Brothers. He began his legal career as a Litigation Associate at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
Mr. Polizzotto’s many professional distinctions include the Alfred J. Rauschman Award in 2015 from the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) for contributions to the Compliance and Legal Community and a distinguished career in the Financial Services Industry. He is a past Chair of the SIFMA Federal Regulation Committee. He was also a recipient of the Visionary of Justice Award in 2012 from the New York Legal Assistance Group.
Mr. Polizzotto has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, testified on behalf of the financial services industry before the Senate Banking Committee, and is a frequent speaker at conferences relating to issues affecting in-house legal departments.

Mr. Polizzotto received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, Cum Laude and a B.A. in history, Cum Laude from Columbia College.
