The 2013 InnovAction Awards Now Open for Nominations
The College of Law Practice Management (COLPM), an international organization that recognizes excellence in law practice management, is calling for entries for its 2013 InnovAction Awards, a worldwide recognition of lawyers, law firms, law departments and other legal service providers that have innovated and successfully applied new business practices to the delivery of legal services. Submissions for the 2013 InnovAction Awards will be accepted until June 30, 2013.
Rocket Lawyer raises an additional US$ 15 million
Online legal services platform Rocket Lawyer has raised another $15 million in new funding from a so-far unnamed “strategic investor”. Rocket Lawyer previously raised $40 million in capital from August Capital, Google Ventures and Investor Growth Capital (IGC). Rocket Lawyer founder Charley Moore claimed earlier this year that the company is growing revenues by $20 million a year.
