With business going through a period of sustained growth, the company is now seeking four further Project Managers to join their London based team. Working from the company head office and with frequent travel, the role will involve managing and developing the company’s consulting service projects, developing and enhancing service offerings, customer proposals and the implementation of billable consulting policies and procedures to ensure delivery of professional service to customers.
Post holders will be responsible for resource allocation including budgeting and personnel. The main area you will cover and support are LAN, WAN, Voice and Video Conferencing and Firewalls, so you will need to have work to a high level with all of these technologies. This leading law firm are looking to expand their IT Department by hiring a Case Systems Analyst. They currently utilises two case management systems, these systems are used throughout all practice areas of the business to provide the workflows necessary to meet defined business processes.
The firm has recognised the need for a further resource to help with the day-to-day development, management and administration of these case management systems. The role will encompass all areas of the case management system from developing new case flows to correcting issues with documents and data policing. Other activities will include providing second line technical support to the end users, the Service Delivery team and the in-house trainers. To be considered for this role you will need the following skills: • Good working knowledge of a Case Management system ideally Axxia or Visualfiles. • Experience of working for a law firm in an IT capacity. • This will be a skilled individual who can demonstrate reliability, pragmatism and reactivity, either working alone or within a team. • You will be able to run the development of new workflows as structured projects. Producing documentation, tracking of changes, providing updates on progress. • Good Analysis and Design skills used in producing new Workflows or Case Plans. • Client focused as you must understand the needs of both the end users and the firm in provision of systems. • A good working knowledge of MS Visio would be beneficial. • Knowledge of ITIL up to Foundation level would be beneficial.
