Deal with technical queries raised in

good IT support skills, including direct
experience in a first line support role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office XP.
Previous training experience would be
beneficial.. Communication skills, both
written and face-to-face, are essential,
as are effective interpersonal skills.
The roles involves a lot of teamworking
so good team skills are required, particularly
in communicating and supporting other
team members. Flexibility and a drive
to complete projects on time are important
aspects. Longer term projects will require
tenacity and a highly developed awareness

an experienced Project Manager to work
on multiple projects, managing the implementations,

a SQL Server Database Administrator
to join its small but highly professional
ICT Department. The key responsibilities
for the role: Assume responsibility
for the firm’s SQL Server estate
and acquire a thorough knowledge of
the systems and interactions in use.
Monitor health and performance of databases
and database servers, performance tuning
where required and maintaining an up
to date awareness of services packs
and patches. Actively research, test
and recommend best practices for implementation,
with a particular emphasis on resilience,
performance and security. Take responsibility
for implementation and management of
data and system backup strategies to
ensure maximum resilience, maintaining
thorough documentation. Contribute effectively
to the firms’ business continuity
strategies. Liaise as required with
other areas of the IT Department and
third party vendors to ensure successful
and efficient integration between database
systems. Ideally a graduate and with
at least two years experience in a similar
role, you will need a thorough knowledge
of SQL Server 2000 and 2005 architectures
as well as T-SQL scripting and DTS/SSIS.
Additionally, you will need first class
communication skills. Experience of
