NetDocuments ‘fess up to cloud DMS titsup

NetDocuments has published details of its recent service outage which shut down its cloud-based DMS services for about 40 minutes earlier this month. The FAQs also discuss some other recent outages, including one apparently caused by a third-party engineer swapping out a motherboard without warning anyone in advance!
