Cloud practice management software provider MyCase has acquired legal accounting vendor Soluno. The announcement came at MyCase’s customer conference this week, where the San Diego-headquartered company also announced new features to its core product, including a complete desktop management solution called MyCase Drive that syncs to MyCase; and MyCase Accounting – an integrated legal specific accounting solution.
MyCase earlier this year also acquired case management platform CASEpeer and document automation provider Woodpecker.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Soluno, CASEpeer, and Woodpecker to the MyCase family,” said Jim McGinnis, CEO of MyCase. “Each of these solutions offers best-in-class technology that perfectly supports the MyCase mission. We are actively investing in each of these businesses to accelerate product development and drive growth through sales and marketing.”
