Luminance closes $10m Series A funding valuing the company at $50m

Luminance has closed a $10m Series A funding round that values the company at $50 million. The investment was led by Talis Capital, and also included Invoke Capital and Slaughter and May, which as we revealed in March, already has a 5% stake in the AI-backed due diligence tool.
