Elite partners with Erisberg Consulting to assist with 3E onboarding

Thomson Reuters Elite has entered a partnership with Erisberg Consulting Group to give it greater bandwidth in onboarding new 3E practice management clients.
Available to Elite 3E and Enterprise clients, Erisberg, which is a full-service consulting firm, will “concentrate on the strategic, operational, and technological needs of Elite’s legal and professional services firms worldwide.”
Erisberg, which has worked with Elite for a quarter of a century in iterations from implementation consultants to senior developers, has consultants on both the east and west Coast of the USA, as well as in London.
The partnership follows the announcement in February 2016 that support for Enterprise will end on 31 December 2022.
By our estimation at the time of the announcement, if all Enterprise sites converted to 3E, Elite would have to switch firms at a rate of nearly two a week.
There have already been a number of high profile Enterprise-3E swap outs including Charles Russell Speechlys; Mason, Hayes & Curran; and Bryan Cave. In Canada, Elite has seen six of its Enterprise clients move to 3E in 12 months.
Losses include top 200 Am Law firms Quarles & Brady, Brown Rudnick and Moore & Van Allen, as well as UK top 50 firm Stephenson Harwood, which swapped out Enterprise for Aderant Expert.
