Having won its first Swiss client towards the end of last year, Aderant has been selected by top-tier Swiss independent law firm Niederer Kraft & Frey to provide its new financial and practice management system.
The circa 100-lawyer Zurich-based firm, which is particularly strong in the capital markets and corporate commercial sectors, is said to have been looking for a globally proven practice management system with a modern and scalable infrastructure.
Niederer Kraft & Frey, which emphasized the need for front and back office mobility as well as advanced business intelligence and integrated time capturing capabilities, is scheduled to go live on Aderant Expert in January 2017 – six months after partnering with Aderant.
In addition to the core system, the firm will be implementing Aderant Spotlight Analytics and Expert Found Time.
Niederer Kraft & Frey’s real estate head Andreas Vögeli said, “We were looking for a globally proven system with a deep feature set to handle our tremendous growth, as well as a partner that will be with us every step of the way. We’re excited that we’ve found that partner in Aderant.”
In September 2015, Geneva-based boutique lecocqassociate became the first Swiss law firm to sign up to Aderant Expert. The firm also signed up to Expert On the Go for mobile use and Found Time to help recover lost billable hours.
