DocSolid, the leader in enterprise scanning, workflow and paper reduction solutions for the legal market, announces the company has expanded its leadership team by hiring Anthony Argenziano as Chief Technology Officer. Argenziano brings over 2 decades of global enterprise technology experience including his work in senior leadership positions at Amazon and eBay. Argenziano will lead product development and product management for the company’s suite of Paper2Digital® software and cloud solutions.

DocSolid experienced strong growth in 2016, launching the new product, Postmark® in Q4 and contracting with four of the top ten US law firms for Paper2Digital enterprise projects. Law firms and legal departments are increasingly migrating to a fully electronic matter file to improve efficiency, security, and information governance, while delivering increased mobility, collaboration and productivity for attorneys. DocSolid’s patented, enterprise solutions KwikTag® Legal and Postmark digitally tame inbound paper and printout management to close the digital and physical records gap.

Argenziano has an impressive track record with over 20+ years of experience in the technology industry, having held executive technology positions in various Fortune 500 organizations, including eBay and Amazon. At eBay, he was the Head of Technology for the Display Advertising business unit, directing software development, product management, and technical operations, as well as managing the team responsible for maintaining product vision and strategy. As the Head of Risk Platform at Amazon, Argenziano owned the core platform and engineering team responsible for detecting fraud and high risk orders for all transactions across Amazon and its subsidiaries. His entrepreneurial prowess was previously demonstrated early in his career as a founding member of DocSolid’s initial leadership team as well as several other startups in Phoenix.
Steve Irons, CEO of DocSolid, says: “Anthony helped us start DocSolid 8 years ago, and has worked with our team at our previous companies. We congratulated him as he departed to senior technology positions at eBay and Amazon, but we are even more pleased to bring him home because he now is smarter than us, or so he says. We will absorb Anthony’s strong business personality and formal leadership skills as he takes over software development and product management, to maximize market adoption of our enterprise Paper2Digital solutions.”
Argenziano comments: “DocSolid has become a gamechanger in the Paper2Digital landscape, creating its own solution category, much of it patented. I am eager to be returning as Chief Technology Officer, to help notch it up another level. I know the DocSolid team, and I know this solution set. And I feel my contribution to this winning team can help drive innovation and market leadership even further.”
