Leading UK legal systems innovator Zylpha (www.zylpha.com) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with DocuSign. Under the terms of the agreement, Zylpha will offer DocuSign’s eSignature systems to Visualfiles and iManage users, alongside it’s widely acclaimed bundling technology. DocuSign allows legal documents to be signed with just a simple click anywhere, anytime from any web enabled device. With DocuSign, users eliminate postal delays and risks, boost compliance and future proof ongoing system investments.

From document preparation, to sending, signing, tracking and ultimately filing documents, DocuSign offers a reliable, easy-to-use online e-signature system that streamlines many legal processes. Forwarding conveyancing documents and business contracts for signature online is now as simple as emailing someone. Document turnaround times are dramatically shortened and what previously took days by post or hours by courier can now be authorised in minutes. As such it represents an ideal solution for any cost conscious or client focused law firm.

Zylpha is a leader in the supply of Legal Process Automation technology. Its electronic document bundling software, is designed to automate the processing of bundles, minimising the risk of error so inherent with manual processes. The system significantly reduces the time taken for each stage of the process, therefore lowering costs dramatically. Combined with electronic signature technology, Zylpha transforms the time taken to complete the document approval process.

Says David Chapman Marketing Manager of Zylpha, “There has been a significant growth in demand for online verification, so we decided to expand our eSiganture offering with this partnership. DocuSign is a widely respected product and we are confident that it will prove popular with many Visualfiles and iManage users across a wide range of practices. In short, our combined solution defines modern best-practice document management and so we are delighted with this partnership. We look forward to working closely with DocuSign.”

Other Zylpha partnerships include: Nikec (Hubshare), SOS, Adobe, Civica, Iken, Postcode Anywhere, Proclaim, Leap, LexisNexis (Visualfiles), iManage and Peppermint.
