nQueue, the leading provider of cost recovery and document scanning and routing technology, just announced an alliance with Pacific Office Automation. Under the arrangement, POA will become a reseller for all nQueue cost recovery and document scanning and routing applications. As a Certified Implementation and Support Partner for nQueue products, POA will also manage implementation of several nQueue components and handle level one support for its customers. POA representatives will receive training at nQueue’s offices and become nQueue Certified nQueue Professionals.

Pacific Office Automation is the largest private dealer of printers and copiers in the United States, with 25 offices in Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado. The company is known for its office management solutions, its award-winning customer service and its efforts to minimize environmental impact. “POA’s values align closely with ours,” says Rick Hellers, nQueue’s President and CEO. “They focus on helping their clients improve profitability in a sustainable way and are committed to being responsive to their clients’ needs at all times.”

nQueue joins a growing list of POA’s technology partners, across the government, legal, healthcare, education and small business sectors. “We are extremely impressed with nQueue’s technology and are proud to align with innovative partners,” says Doug Pitassi, President of Pacific Office Automation. “nQueue’s solutions embed seamlessly into Konica, Canon and Ricoh devices with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use.” POA will support all nQueue technology, including its powerful document scanning and routing engine, InfoRoute, which scans documents using any of four different modules, formats, OCRs and routes scanned documents to any number of destinations (including leading document management systems) all in less than a second per page.
