Workshare Launches Identity Management Solution Powered by Microsoft Azure

Workshare, the high stakes document company, announced an extension to its solution on Microsoft Azure. Workshare will now be using Azure Active Directory to offer single sign-on (SSO) to its clients.
Workshare has selected Azure to host all its online applications. In this recent move, Workshare now offers identity management. Future plans include delivering additional file comparison and document protection services for developers hosted and managed on Azure.
“We need our cloud-based applications to be hosted by the most trusted global provider, making Microsoft Azure the obvious choice. Our decision to add Azure Active Directory for single sign-on cements Workshare’s position as a client-centric SaaS provider,” said Anthony Foy, Workshare CEO.
Ryan McGee, director, security product marketing at Microsoft Corp. added, “We are delighted that Workshare continues to extend its use of Microsoft Azure through SSO, and we are excited about their plans to develop file comparison and protection solutions on Azure.”
